A commercial building in Raffles Quay is polluting the waters at Marina Bay, says STOMPer aki.
The worried STOMPer says:
"I took this photo from our office.
"This building in Raffles Quay is disposing waste into the waters at Marina Bay.
"You can see the discolouration in the water.
"NEA should look into this."
Based on the map, it appears that the building in question is One Marina Boulevard.
